Like my sister-in-law Marilia says in the video, Disney has also been a part of my life, and it was also the first destination outside of Brazil that I traveled to. My brother and cousin went with a group when they turned 15 and my parents sent me along for the ride!

Since then, I have improved my haircut and came back other times, including for work, in 2005.

During that time I learned a lot and had a very important professional growth. For example, I learned about the 7 guest service guidelines, which I’ve been trying to apply to my work ever since and involve simple things, like:

Looking people in the eye and smiling (Happy) and my favor: creating dreams and preserve a magical guest experience (Sleepy)!

My relationship with Disney therefore goes beyond having to travel there to choose the best hotel, the best attraction or the best restaurant... I like the destination because I believe it’s the place with the best hospitality and focus on guest experience in the world! So this post isn’t focused on tips ... It's more emotional, because since the first time I went there, I fell in love. As a destination I think Disney sells itself, so here's an account of my last trip there, in case you're still not sure if it's for you.

No doubt going with my family was remarkable. For my parents, going to Disney was never a priority, so my family didn’t have the experience of going to Disney together when we were kids. This was the first time, and it was incredible to reverse the roles and be kind of responsible for their dream.

They got in the mood once they saw the first character. Pluto behaved with my parents, but with us, he was as playful as ever.

I was able to organize the trip in a good way and show the coolest things we could do once we arrived. I used the My Disney Experience app to do this (I know I wasn’t going to give tips, but I recommend the app to everyone!), You can even choose your favorite character to use as your profile picture ... ❤

I am no fan of roller coasters and high intensity attractions in general, but I think that in a group trip to Disney it’s important to have someone like me, so everyone can have cool pictures!

But I didn’t take all the pictures, because the best ones in this magical world are in the most unexpected places.

I couldn’t end this post in a different way...after all, Disney can make you happy until the last minute of the last day you’re there.
