What's included:

Itinerary research; hotel and tour selection; cost analysis and availability for the entire trip; flight and service reservations; information on required documentation; and 24-hour dedication from our consultants throughout your journey.

Our process:

-Completion of an initial form about your travel plans.

-A 2-hour virtual meeting via Zoom or in person, with flexible hours and locations.

-Presentation of the desired itinerary within one week, including all previously discussed information, along with suggestions and costs for accommodations and services.

-A 1-hour virtual meeting via Zoom or in person, with flexible hours and locations, to clarify doubts and finalize reservations.

-Delivery of travel documents and a personalized notebook with tips for boarding up to one week before the trip.

-Direct contact with your consultant via WhatsApp.

-24/7 assistance throughout your trip.

And what don’t we do?

You see, we've put together an incredible itinerary for your vacation, and for it to be perfect, we like to consider every detail. Therefore, we avoid:

  • Booking just airline tickets and isolated services, since our expertise is the complete itinerary.
  • Scheduling regular or group tours. Our greatest desire is for our clients to go through unique experiences.
  • Working with hostels, airbnb and 2 or 3-star hotels. Neither of us want problems with the accomodation, right?
